Outreach Support for Male Victims of Domestic Abuse

Amen Support Services Ltd are delighted to announce the opening of its first outreach clinic. This will be a great resource for men, who are unable to attend the office in Navan, Meath. The Navan office is the only dedicated service in the country where the specific needs of male victims of domestic abuse are addressed.

Amen provides a confidential helpline, information and support service for male victims of domestic abuse and their children.

Men who have contacted Amen tell of the physical, emotional and psychological abuse they encounter from their female partners. Many men also report that various kinds of false allegations have been made against them and that their children have been alienated from them.

The outreach service will be held every Tuesday in Dolphin House, Family Law District Court Office, Dublin 2 from 13.30 to 16.00

During this time, an Amen Support Worker will be available to speak with clients and provide them with information relating to their situation.
